To truly make an impact on a young life volunteer staff should:

• Have a close, personal relationship with Jesus Christ

• Have a healthy, outgoing love for young people, and desire to see that they grow in a maturing relationship with Christ

• Have a willingness to get out of their comfort zone to connect with kids

• Support the overall leadership and direction of HSEP
